Melinda specializes in condominiums, oceanfront/beachfront properties, vacant lands, foreclosures, relocation & single-family homes throughout the island of Oahu. In her desire to provide excellent service to her clients, Melinda earned her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation & is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). She obtained her Broker's license in 2000. Melinda's team members: Amelita "Bing" Provido Purpura (RA) & Gina Rose B. Melinda was born in Iloilo, Philippines, and graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Master's Degree in Public Administration.
She holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of St. Agustin. Before moving to Hawaii, Melinda's varied experiences in organizing and managing community development organizations gave her a better perspective in dealing with people from various walks of life. She did various volunteer activities and received many awards for community work both in the private and public sectors.
