She helped me find local contractors to do excellent renovation work at reasonable prices which drove the appraisal and asking price up. As I live out of state and could only be there during two weeks at the start of the process, she kept me informed and we did everything online or over the phone. She invited me and my wife out to dinner, invited us over to her house for dinner, and was so gracious and personable. She made us feel like we were family (ohana) and took real good care of us.
